Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel completely confident trying ReVibe. That's why every order comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee: use it at home, as often as you like, for up to 30 days from the day your order arrives. If it isn't making a real difference to how your muscles feel, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.
This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer, and does not affect them in any way.
How to start a return
- Email us at contact@mobilness.com with your order number and a short note telling us you'd like a refund. That's all we need. No forms, no justification required.
- We'll reply within one working day with the return address and simple instructions.
- Send the item back using a tracked postal service of your choice, and keep your proof of postage.
- As soon as the parcel reaches us, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. This takes no more than 14 days, and usually much less.
Please note: for returns under our 30-day guarantee or a change of mind, the cost of return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund items that reach us or that you can prove were posted.
Your right to cancel (change of mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to send the item back. To cancel, simply email us at contact@mobilness.com. We will refund the product price and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you.
Faulty or damaged items
If your ReVibe arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn't as described, different rules apply, and they're in your favour:
- Within 30 days of delivery, you're entitled to a full refund.
- Within 6 months, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and a refund if we can't fix it.
- In all these cases, we pay for the return. Email us at contact@mobilness.com with your order number and a photo or short description of the problem, and we'll sort it out quickly.
These rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and always apply, whatever our own policies say.
A few practical notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or PayPal).
- The gel pads are a consumable item. Replacement pads bought separately can be returned unopened within 14 days; opened pads can't be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
