Who we are

Mobilness (mobilness.com) is operated by Loop Infinity, a company registered in France. Registered office: 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France Contact: contact@mobilness.com

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we've received your order; the contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, in which case you'll be refunded in full immediately.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). There are no hidden fees: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and delivery is free.

Payment is taken securely at the time of order via Shopify Payments (major credit and debit cards) or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery, returns and your rights

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 30-day money-back guarantee are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Product information and sensible use

We work hard to describe our products accurately and honestly. ReVibe is a wellness device intended to help relax and revitalise tired muscles. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or on broken skin. If you have a medical condition, please speak to your GP before use. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of UK law, and nothing in these terms affects your right to rely on them or to bring proceedings in your local courts.
