Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order, always tracked.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: your order is prepared and dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery: your parcel typically arrives within 6 to 10 working days of dispatch.
- Tracking: as soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link, so you'll know where your parcel is every step of the way.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at contact@mobilness.com with your order number. A real person will look into it and reply quickly, usually within a few hours on working days. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full: the risk is ours, not yours.
Wrong address?
If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, email us as soon as possible. We can correct it any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes.
